Please try your best not to arrive prior to 2pm as there will be a team of people readying the cottage for your visit. We want to be certain the house meets our strict expectations for every guest.

Again, please try and be mindful of the checkout time as their will be another group coming to enjoy the cottage later that day.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required upfront and the remaining portion is due 15 days before your arrival. We accept checks, money orders and wire transfers (bank fee). Deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to rent the property to another guest.
The Key
You will receive instructions regarding the keys to the cottage once you make a reservation.
Prior to your departure
All we ask is that you try and leave the cottage as close as possible to the way you found it. Please do not leave items behind as we cannot be responsible for making sure they are returned. Please do not leave perishable food behind.
Items the cottage does not supply:
- Linens: sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc
- Paper towels
- Dish washing liquid / detergent
- Food
- Laundry detergent
- Beach Towels
